Short version: Glow Season gives cosmetic self-care guidance, not medical advice. Pro renews automatically until you cancel it in your Apple settings. Use the app on your own photos, and don’t try to get around the free-scan limit or the subscription.
These terms are between you and Kadirhan Yilmaz, Samsun, Türkiye (“we”, “us”), the developer of Glow Season. Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement also applies. If the two disagree on anything about the App Store, Apple’s agreement wins.
1. What Glow Season is
Glow Season reads a selfie with AI, builds a plan for skin, face, hair and daily habits from a fixed library of routines, and tracks your progress against your own starting point. Your score is never a rating against other people, and it isn’t a measure of attractiveness or worth.
2. Not medical advice
Glow Season is not a medical device. It doesn’t diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, and its suggestions are cosmetic. Results come from photos and can be wrong: light, camera angle and makeup all change what the AI sees. See a doctor or dermatologist if you have a skin condition, pain, sudden changes, or you’re pregnant or breastfeeding. Patch-test new products, and stop using anything that irritates your skin.
3. Age
You must be at least 13 to use Glow Season. If you’re under 18, or under the age of majority where you live, use it with a parent’s or guardian’s permission. Purchases are made by whoever owns the Apple Account.
4. Glow Season Pro
- Your first scan and its result are free. The full plan, check-ins, progress and timelapse need Glow Season Pro.
- Pro is an auto-renewing subscription: weekly ($5.99) or yearly ($39.99) in the US. Other countries see local prices in the app before buying.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage or cancel in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app doesn’t cancel the subscription.
- There is no free trial. Apple handles refunds: reportaproblem.apple.com.
- If we change prices, Apple tells you first under its rules, and you can cancel before the new price applies.
5. Your photos
Your photos stay yours. You let us process them only to give you the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. Only scan your own face. Photograph other people only with their permission.
6. Fair use
Don’t access Glow Season’s server other than through the app. Don’t try to get around the free-scan limit, the App Attest check or the subscription. Don’t reverse-engineer the app beyond what the law allows, and don’t upload anything illegal. If you do, we may block your access.
7. AI results
Scans are read automatically by an AI model. We test it for consistency, but it can still miss things or see things that aren’t there. Use your own judgment, and retake a photo in even daylight if a result looks off.
8. Changes to the app
We may change, add or remove features. Scans need an internet connection, and the service can sometimes be unavailable. If we ever shut Glow Season down, we’ll announce it in the app and stop new renewals.
9. Liability
Glow Season is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that can’t be limited by contract.
10. Ending
You can stop at any time: cancel Pro and delete the app. We may end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
11. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we’ll update the date above and mention important changes in the app. If you keep using Glow Season after that, the new terms apply.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, and the courts of Samsun have jurisdiction. If you’re a consumer, you also keep the protection of the laws where you live, and you can bring a claim there.
